I was born and raised in Calgary, and have had the opportunity to watch a city with 600,000 citizens develop into a metropolitan area that has doubled in population and area. It is amazing how this little city I grew up in, has such international appeal. My career path has in one way or another been linked to real estate and helping people. It was in home building industry that I used my experience as a provider of excellent customer service, to truly learn what it was that I enjoyed about working with people. I discovered that what made me happy was helping clients understand the building process and creating their dream home. Therefore, when I decided to make a career change, it felt like real estate and begin as a real estate was a natural profession, and I could assist clients in finding their dream home. After helping clients find their dream homes for many years, I decided I could also help clients find the means to purchase their dream home. So I took the first in the licensing program to become to a mortgage associate. It's been an exciting journey, and over the last few years I've come to understand this side of the business as well. Through my experience and the licensing process I have become familiar with the technical side of real estate trades. I have learned the importance of navigating through contracts and legal documents, and I have now learned what it takes to help clients get the financial aide together so that they have the means to purchase their dream home, income property, or real estate investments. The real estate industry is ever changing and it's important to keep current and informed through the continuing education programs that are provided. In my spare time I enjoy watching my little humans grow, spending time with my family and friends, playing slo-pitch, skiing, and when possible, squeezing in some travel. I love going on new adventures and experiencing how others live in this amazing world.
